How do I check in attendees at my event?
You can admit attendees into your event venue in two primary ways: using our mobile app called TicketLeap Scan or referencing an attendee list. When you sign up for TicketLeap, you can use our free mobile app on any iOS or Android device to scan the QR code for attendance on each ticket. TicketLeap Scan is a quick and efficient method for both mobile and printed tickets, with the ability to check in attendees per ticket or per order. Event organizers can also do event check-ins by using an attendee list or simply cross-referencing the names of attendees on the list with those present at the event.
What do I need to scan tickets? How much does it cost?
You’ll just need your mobile device and our TicketLeap Scan mobile app. The app is completely free!
Can I use the TicketLeap Scan app offline?
Yes, the TicketLeap Scan app can be used offline. The apps will store your data on your device and automatically sync it with your account once you’re back online.
What do I need to sell tickets at the door?
You’ll need our free box office app called TicketLeap Sell that can be downloaded on any iOS or Android device. If you’d like to swipe credit cards, we recommend purchasing a M2 card reader and seamlessly connecting it with our app. We also highly suggest getting your devices set up and tested at least three days before you begin selling tickets on them.
