How much does it cost to sell tickets on Leap's professional event ticketing platform?

Leap’s event ticketing system is flexible in terms of how clients pay for access to our ticketing platform. The majority of our clients pay a per-ticket service fee plus credit card processing fees (which event organizers can pass on to their ticket buyers). If an annual license fee makes more sense for your business, we are happy to discuss that with you. We want our clients to grow with us and will structure a deal that works for you for years to come.

How does Leap Event Technology secure payments and protect ticket buyer information?

Leap Event Technology is Level 1 PC1 compliant as both a merchant and service provider. We never store credit card data, and we process personal data in accordance with GDPR compliance. We've got an entire team dedicated to privacy and security, plus we’re regularly audited by a Qualified Security Assessor.

How and when do I get paid for my ticket sales?

Leap’s default settlement method is to process payments the week following your event. Once processed, we’ll deposit those funds directly to your connected bank account.
