Ever since 2003, TicketLeap has always focused on making ticketing accessible for independent event organizers. In 2017, when TicketLeap became the self-service ticketing platform of Leap Event Technology, we began rebuilding it on the same enterprise-level foundation that powers the ticketing of Leap’s massive events. That shift gave us the opportunity to think bigger about what small-scale organizers truly need.
Since 2025, we have officially transitioned to this new platform. Think of it as a TicketLeap glow-up: modern technology, faster checkout, improved dashboards, cleaner reporting, and a more responsive overall experience. We know many organizers loved the previous version; that’s why we made this one to earn that same loyalty, while delivering even better performance and more features.
These days, we use our phones all the time, and your ticketing platform should be easily accessible on it too. Attendees discover, purchase, and access tickets from their phones, and organizers manage events on the go. The new TicketLeap is built with a mobile-first mindset, offering a smoother mobile checkout, conversion-focused event listings, improved reserved seating functionality, and more.
We’ve also launched updated mobile event ticketing apps to simplify ticket scanning and onsite sales for your team.
