Event Operations
We’re always listening and learning from the people who use TicketLeap every day and we know there's always room to grow. That’s why we’ve been hard at work behind the scenes to make TicketLeap faster, smarter, and easier to use for event organizers like you.
Here are the key areas where we’re currently growing our platform:
You’ve told us that getting people to your event page is only half the battle. The other half is making sure they convert into ticket buyers. At TicketLeap, we’re optimizing our event pages to maximize your ticket sales!
We’ve streamlined our ticketing page layout and checkout flow based on feedback from real buyers. That includes updating the event management admin, adding new features to event pages, and gradually switching all events over to this improved experience. You will see a cleaner event listing, simpler ticket selection, and fewer drop-offs.
A fast, reliable ticket scanning app is essential to minimize wait times and keep your entry lines running smoothly. That way, attendees can quickly get in and enjoy more of your event.
TicketLeap’s ticket scanning app got a major makeover! It’s now faster, more reliable, and better equipped to handle busy check-ins. We also added a real-time stats page so you can see your admissions data at a glance.
Looking ahead, we’re also adding some of the top-requested features from organizers: account switching for those managing multiple seller accounts, scan history to help troubleshoot any check-in issues, and enhanced passcode lock settings for better security.
Whether you're organizing one event or 100, speed and reliability are key to a strong ticketing platform. That’s why TicketLeap wants to ensure organizers don’t face slowdowns when building or editing events.
We’re improving how event updates are processed to make the experience faster and more reliable, especially for large or complex events. Updates that take just a few seconds will now happen instantly, while heavier tasks will run in the background with clear notifications of when it’s complete. We’re also locking events during processing to prevent accidental edits and prioritizing critical tasks like event creation and publishing.
You rely on reporting to understand how your events are performing and to make better decisions. We want to make finding the data you need more intuitive in our reports.
We’re giving the sales report a major upgrade by splitting it into two clearer, more focused reports: Sales Summary and Sales Detail. These new views make it easier to get the insights you need, whether you’re skimming the surface or digging into the details. Here’s what they include:
Later this year, we’ll also be updating the attendees report so you can dive even deeper into the data about your guests!
Some organizers run lots of related events (like classes or multi-day festivals) and need an easier way for attendees to buy multiple tickets at once
This fall, we’re introducing Cart Mode. This allows buyers to add tickets to multiple events in a single purchase. This means you’ll generate more sales from an increase in completed checkouts and a smoother purchase experience for your attendees.
At TicketLeap, we’re committed to providing a reliable, user-friendly ticketing platform for event creators. Your feedback is shaping these updates, and we’re excited to keep making the platform better with you. Do you have thoughts or ideas about how we can improve TicketLeap? We’re all ears!
