Simple fees, no fine print necessary
Ticketleap’s low fees are just $1+2% of the ticket price, and they’re never more than $10 per ticket. Pass those fees along to your buyers and it’s completely free for you. (Credit card processor fees are 3%—you can use ours, or your own.)
No fees for free events or onsite sales
No fees for you or your buyers if your event is free. If your event isn’t free, you can still use our app to accept payments onsite--we’ll drop our fees there too.
Special pricing for events under $5
If your ticket price is $5 or less, we reduce our fees to a flat rate of 25 cents (including credit card fees).
How to host a successful virtual event
Sell tickets in advance
Set up a ticketing page like a regular event. List what people can expect on the details page and market all of the benefits of your virtual event.
Use virtual hosting tools
Decide what platform works for you. Some allow multiple speakers equal screen space, dedicated chat features, pre-recorded talks, and accessibility features.
Use your ticketing systems reporting and email tools to communicate with attendees. Remind them of login details, send out a link to the recording after the event, and follow up with future event details.
When communicating with attendees, make sure to include sponsors! Talk to sponsors to find something that works for both of you when there’s no physical space to show off their brand.
