Chris Stanchak

Chris Stanchak

Founder & CEO

As Founder and CEO of TicketLeap, Chris is responsible for the company’s overall leadership, strategy and direction. He is well-versed in the design and management of large-scale eCommerce operations. Previously, he worked at GSI Commerce, a global eCommerce leader, where he managed the National Hockey League’s online operations.

Prior to his eCommerce experience, Chris worked as an IBM systems integration consultant. He managed the migration of banks, hospitals and schools from Mainframe to Client/Server architectures. He has handled critical technology for several Fortune 500 companies in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Chris is an honors graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with dual concentrations in management and marketing. He lives in Center City Philadelphia — just two blocks from TicketLeap headquarters. Chris is an active member of the tech entrepreneurship community in Philadelphia.

Mike Vaughan

Mike Vaughan

Vice President, Business Development

As Vice President of Business Developement at TicketLeap, Michael is responsible for developing and managing TicketLeap’s partnerships and other strategic business opportunities. He brings over 12 years of experience in growing successful companies.

Prior to TicketLeap, Michael developed and grew several new product lines during his three year tenure as a managing director with J.G. Wentworth, a market-leading specialty finance company. Previously, Michael spent five years implementing business initiatives for Nielsen Mobile (formerly Telephia, acquired by Nielsen for $450 million in 2007). Earlier in his career, Michael co-founded a debit card company for college students.

Michael is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Joseph Wharton Scholar. He has been quoted in Time Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Business Week and MarketWatch.com.

Outside of work, you can find Michael outdoors with his wife, their two boys and their golden retriever or on the road training for his next marathon.

Blake Jennelle

Director, Marketing

As Director of Marketing, Blake is responsible for bringing TicketLeap to the world and the world to TicketLeap. He leads the company’s online and offline marketing, product design, and marketing partnerships. As a startup entrepreneur and community leader, Blake has extensive experience in building technology organizations from the ground up.

Prior to TicketLeap, Blake was the Founder and CEO of Anthillz, a leading online marketplace for creative and technology talent. Blake is an active member in the regional entrepreneurship community and is the Founder and President of Philly Startup Leaders, the largest and most active community of entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia region.

Blake is a graduate of Harvard University, magna cum laude, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He has also been named as one of Philadelphia’s 101 Emerging Leaders by Leadership Philadelphia.

Chris Marlowe

Director, Engineering

As the Director of Engineering at TicketLeap, Chris is responsible for product development, user interface design, network and data architecture and information management and security. He directs all technology efforts at TicketLeap.

Prior to joining TicketLeap, Chris was the AVP of Software Development at Wilmington Finance and Manager of Enterprise Systems Support at PHH Mortgage. Including leadership roles at VerticalNet and Comcast, Chris has over 10 years experience driving the successful development, implementation and maintenance of high-transaction web systems.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. He lives in Ambler with his wife and three children. When not at work, or playing soccer with the kids, Chris enjoys restoring and riding vintage motorcycles.

Tim Raybould

Tim Raybould

Controller

As Controller, Tim leads TicketLeap's finance and accounting functions with responsibility for all financial statements, analysis and forecasts.

Prior to joining TicketLeap, Tim worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he provided audit and accounting advisory services before moving into the M&A group, where he performed financial due diligence for corporate and private equity buyers on transactions worth up to several billion dollars. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tim co-founded acruw.com, a website that allows travelers to track and manage their frequent flier miles and other travel points, all in one place.

Tim graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware. He lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and daughter.
