Search Marketing Analyst
TicketLeap.com, one of the fastest-growing web-based ticketing companies, is seeking
a part-time Search Marketing Analyst to lead the company’s paid search and SEO efforts.
Our ideal candidate lives and breathes paid search and SEO. Working approximately
20 hours per week on-site, you will manage and grow an ambitious search marketing
program.

Paid Search Responsibilities:
Manage paid search campaigns across multiple search engines and a large universe
of keywords.
Maximize traffic within CPA and budget targets.
Relentlessly optimize keyword coverage, ad copy and bid levels.
Be creative and resourceful to acquire long-tail traffic.
Produce detailed weekly reports tracking everything from impressions to revenue.
SEO Responsibilities:
Monitor page rank across multiple search engines and a large universe of keywords.
Rank new keywords based on careful traffic estimates backed up with multiple date
sources.
Be creative and do whatever it takes to improve page rank.
Produce weekly and monthly reports tracking our SEO performance and our competitors’.

Senior QA Tester
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Tester to be a key member
of our technology team. We hire smart and passionate people, so this is a great
opportunity for you to work in a challenging environment on the ground floor of
a successful start up. Our site is growing by leaps and bounds, so you must be comfortable
in a dynamic environment where development is fast and requirements are constantly
changing. This position is full-time in our downtown office in Philadelphia, PA.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement automated testing solutions to increase the efficiency and thoroughness
of QA processes
Perform analysis on automated tests, performance/load results, and user reports
Identify, create, and execute functional and regression test cases based on business
and client requirements
Create and maintain test scripts, set-up test data, and track execution results
Develop, execute, and maintain SQL scripts to validate completeness, integrity,
and accuracy of data
Track and coordinate the resolution of defects to ensure QA findings are resolved
within a timely manner
Provide QA task estimates within an agile project methodology
Work closely with business owners, project managers, and business analysts to help
define functional requirements and produce accurate test cases
Identify and recommend enhancements to improve usability, feasibility, and reduce
complexity
Requirements:
B.S. in Business or Computer Science, related field, or commensurate experience
Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and be able to work independently in an
unstructured environment
Must have a minimum of 6 years experience in Quality Assurance Testing
Experience identifying and implementing required QA processes and testing tools
Strong technical and testing skills, with extensive knowledge of software testing
strategies for web applications
Experience writing and executing SQL scripts and working with database tools.
Strong proficiency with automate testing tools
Ability to manage change during the testing phase, experience working in iterative
project cycles
Familiar with requirements management, defect tracking, and source control tools
Desired:
Experience working on self-started projects
Agile SDLC experience
Experience with load testing software

Product Administration Specialist

Position Description:
The Product Administration Specialist is a new (and crucial) position in the fastest
growing area of the company. The Product Administration Specialist will be the main
point of contact for our most valuable clients regarding the setup and administration
of their events. The Product Administration Specialist will also work with account
managers to show our prospects and clients how they can best utilize the TicketLeap
platform to meet their business needs. S/he will build our best practices knowledge
base to be applied across all vertical segments of the company (Theaters, Sports,
Expos, Nonprofits, Attractions, High Schools, Haunts, etc.). If successful, the
Product Administration Specialist will be responsible for defining the evolution
of this function within the organization and ultimately building and leading a team.
The Product Administration Specialist reports to the VP of Business Development
and is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Support account managers in their efforts to acquire new clients and grow their
business with existing clients
Serve as the resident expert in business development on the TicketLeap system
Work directly with clients to gather their business requirements and coach them
on how to best utilize the available features in our system to meet their needs
Perform account and event setup for our major new and existing accounts, including
performing hands-on setup for seating charts, events, ticket types, discount codes,
special pricing codes, etc.
Perform QA on all account/event setup to ensure the client is getting what they
want/need
Figure out when it makes sense to say “yes” to clients and when it’s okay to tell
them “no”
Provide feedback to the product management team on future features and enhancements
Utilize Salesforce.com case management tools to maximize productivity
Ensure world-class level of client service
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in client support, technical sales, or other related role
Successful track record in technical support role, preferably with an internet-based
company
A winning attitude and a fanatical client focus (and a good sense of humor always
helps)
A desire to take ownership, to learn, and to ask questions
Experience using a case management platform, preferably Salesforce.com
A bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field
Experience in servicing a relevant industry, a plus (e.g. Theaters, Sports/Music
Venues, Convention Centers, Festivals and Expos, Non-profits, Universities, High
Schools, Sports, Museums and Attractions, Clubs and Parties, etc.)
Compensation:
Compensation will be based on market value and experience.
