Seneca Advisors, LLC was formed in 2007 by Pete Albert, a leader in the mortgage
and commercial banking industry for more than four decades. He formed the company
to continue his interest in helping to fund and develop private companies. Some
of those companies include Product Partners, the nation’s largest fitness and exercise
direct marketing company, E-Brilliance, Smart Stick Golf.com and E Force Compliance.
Pete Albert has financed commercial and industrial projects and single family homes
both locally and nationally. He was a pioneer in the mortgage-backed security market
through his early involvement with GNMA. He began his career at Fidelity Bond &
Mortgage Company, eventually becoming Chairman & CEO. Later, he was CEO at Meridian
Mortgage Corporation, which became one of the nation’s leading mortgage bankers.
Following this, he became Vice-President of Jefferson Bank, Vice Chairman of Bancorp
Bank and then Executive Vice President of Sovereign Bank.
